App: Touchline Manager
Publisher name: Purple Sky
Privacy contact: Privacy Officer, Purple Sky · privacy@purplesky.ca

Touchline Manager is published under the Purple Sky name. This policy explains how the mobile game handles information stored on your device, career synchronization, advertising, and consent services.

Information stored on your device

The game stores gameplay progress, career and match history, preferences, and an anonymous career-sync credential on your device. This information is used to save your game and synchronize career progress. Career information is sent to the career service when synchronization is used.

Career synchronization

If you use career synchronization, the app creates an anonymous profile without requiring a name, email address, or password. The service receives a random profile identifier, career progress, match outcomes and related gameplay facts, and timestamps needed to update and synchronize the career. A bearer credential is kept on the device to access that profile. The service calculates career progression from match facts reported by the app; it does not replay the match simulation.

Career data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and accessed through a Cloudflare Worker. The profile is tied to the device-held credential; uninstalling the app or losing that credential may make the profile unrecoverable. For a career-data request, contact the Privacy Officer using the address above. We may ask for information needed to locate the anonymous profile. Do not email your app session token.

Advertising and consent

The mobile app uses Google Mobile Ads to request ads and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and store privacy choices where applicable. Google may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent signals to provide, measure, and protect its services. The app requests ads only when its consent flow allows ad requests. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare provides the career-sync hosting and database. Google provides mobile advertising and consent services. These providers process information as needed to provide their services, under their own terms and privacy disclosures.

Retention and your choices

Gameplay data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. Career-sync records are kept while the profile and service remain active; you can request deletion by contacting the Privacy Officer at the address above. You can change advertising privacy choices using the in-app ad privacy options when that control is available.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app's data practices or applicable requirements change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
